System Function Features

● Part to contact material are made of stainless steel, carbon steel frame, Surface treatment: plastics spaying, standard color: light gray (customized colors are available)
● Modular design, detachable structure, free-tool maintenance, easy operation
● Special-designed agitator with dual directions to guarantee full mixing
● Applicable to the request of as much as 12 components, Maximum throughput: 2600KG/H.
● Precision: ±0.1--0.3%(varied from material and components)
● Interior of hopper is smooth without any blind side.Windows are for the purposes of quick cleaning and level viewing, Windows are multifunctional designed and can be changed into mounting base of cell and discharge outlet. 
● Multi feeding modes, available for different applications and correct dosing proportion guaranteed
●  Position of level sensor for mixing chamber is adjustable
● 7” true color of touch screen supplies with choice of multi-language and dynamic display of mixing process.
● Advanced self-adaptation control algorithm, error self-correcting to each single batch, dosing precision can be optimized even under vibration based on unique anti-vibrating structure and algorithm
● USB access allows data save for dosing proportion to facilitate  quality control and records copy to mobile memory
● Different passwords is available for different level of operator, function of alarm records, records save on dosing proportion is available with max. 100 groups upward
● Equipped with alertor to alarm operators disposing and records output is available  
● HBM load cell with high precision, SMC pneumatic elements                          
● Throughput statistics function
● Resolution to weighing signal is as high as 4,000,000:1
